Three steps toward a purchasing decision

Share your requirement
Send your company name, variety and form, approximate quantity, packing, destination and target date. Include an existing specification if you have one. We provide an initial human response within one business day.
Agree the evaluation
We clarify the proposed product and the documents or sample review you need. Sample availability, charges and courier arrangements are agreed before dispatch. Match any sample and analysis to the offered lot and your acceptance limits.
Confirm the offer and order
The written offer sets out the agreed product, quantity, packing, price, payment and shipment terms. A quotation may take longer than the initial reply while details are checked. Order and dispatch arrangements follow the terms agreed by both parties.

Clear responsibilities before commitment

Shivaay reviews the proposed specification, availability, price, payment and shipment commitments. Your purchasing team sets the acceptance requirements; your customs broker confirms the requirements for the destination. We agree the next step with you before proceeding.

Check the supplier documents

Download the public GST, IEC, FSSAI and Spices Board registration copies and review their dates, scope and recorded addresses. These identify the business and its registrations; they do not establish the quality of a particular lot.
